The company's CEO David Norton co-authored a book entitled The Balanced Scorecard: Translating Strategy into Action, which has been a boon to business. The underlying philosophy of the management approach deals with the communication of long-term goals to all members of the organization and the implementation of practices that make concrete progress toward the realization of these goals. The company focuses on introducing enterprise-wide changes in business processes. The Registry, Inc. <% if gsSubBrand = "aolsnapshot" then Response.Write("(Nasdaq: REGI)") else Response.Write("(Nasdaq: REGI)") end if %> and Renaissance Solutions announced on May 20 that they have agreed to merge. The transaction, which the companies expect to complete within 90 days of the announcement date, will form a combined enterprise with annual revenues of more than $350 million for the twelve months ended March 31, 1997.

Latest Financials

Revenues increased by 52%, to $17.5 million in the three-month period ended March 28, 1997, from $11.5 million in the year-ago quarter. This increase reflected strong performance from the company's existing client base, as well as the addition of 20 new clients. International operations continued to be a strong source of growth, representing 20% of revenues in the first quarter of 1997, as compared to 13% in the first quarter of 1996.  (Go to next snapshot.)
