First quarter 1997 revenue rose to $33,045,000, an increase of 26% over first
quarter 1996 revenue of $26,328,000. First quarter 1997 net income rose to
$1,832,000, an increase of 51% over first quarter 1996 pro forma net income
of $1,213,000. First quarter 1997 earnings per share rose to $0.13 vs. first
quarter 1996 pro forma earnings per share of $0.09. Operating income margins
for the first quarter of 1997 improved to 8.3% vs. 8.0% in the year-ago
