Duel Flashback:
Coca-Cola

Back in April we closed out the month by opening up a can of Coca-Cola <% if gsSubBrand = "aolsnapshot" then Response.Write("(NYSE: KO)") else Response.Write("(NYSE: KO)") end if %>. Fizz or flat? Sweet or stale? Louis Corrigan (TMF Seymor) and I (TMF Edible) couldn't seem to agree.

Living in Atlanta, Louis was high on the local success story. I, as well as the backing of the Foolish voters, ran bearish on the beverage giant.

The stock went from $72 7/16 to $67 15/16 over the six months since the Duel first ran. It was a meager 6.2% decline, but a dip nonetheless.

Victory? Rick Munarriz and Voting Fools! Congrats!
