RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp. The Company The operating subsidiaries of RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, RJR Nabisco, Inc., comprise one of the largest tobacco and food companies in the world. In the United States, the tobacco business is conducted by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RJRN and the second largest manufacturer of cigarettes in the world with its premier brand "Camel", and the packaged food business is conducted by Nabisco Inc., the largest manufacturer and marketer of cookies and crackers. Latest Financials RJR Nabisco Holdings announced results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 1996. For the fourth quarter of 1996, net income per fully diluted common share was $.73, up 22 percent from $.60 reported in the prior year's comparable period excluding one-time items in 1996 and 1995. On the same basis, net income was $248 million, up 20 percent from $207 million in the comparable 1995 period. Full Year fully diluted Net Income Per Share was up 14% to $2.62, net income was also up 5% to $898 million.
