The Villainous Dr. Stocktout The villainous Dr. Mortimer Stocktout preys on the unFoolish investor. This sinister, moustache-twirling hypester has the power to twist the facts to serve his own dubious ends, duping innocent naifs into making questionable trades that lead them to financial perdition. Stocktout is willing to sell his own mother for a profit... and, in fact, has reserved a date with Sotheby's with just such an intent. Dr. Stocktout is wanted for stock fraud, insider trading, and for Rolfing a bond salesman without a permit.
