Duel Flashback:
IBM
As IBM <% if gsSubBrand = "aolsnapshot" then Response.Write("(NYSE: IBM)") else Response.Write("(NYSE: IBM)") end if %> ponders whether or not it should continue in the desktop PC business, we ran our own diagnostics test on the company six months ago.
Louis Corrigan (TMF Seymor) argued in favor of Big Blue. David Forrest (TMF Bogey) made the case that the company was Big Black and Blue. Some 70% of our Foolish Voters sided with our bull. The majority ruled as shares of IBM have shot up 35% since the Duel ran back in September.
Victory? Louis Corrigan and our Voting Fools. Congrats!
