Six months ago, four Fools argued over the role of state-run lotteries. This week, we wait for the other Ping-Pong ball to drop. With Chris Hill (TMF Wizard) and Ginger Huang (TMF Zog) defending the scratch-off tickets and Paul Larson (TMF Parlay) and Rick Munarriz (TMF Edible) scratching away in general, it was our first ever tag-team Duel.

While one can argue that since Chris and Ginger have yet to hit the jackpot that victory belongs to Paul and Rick, we won't. We have no W's or L's to hand out this week. However, you might still want to take a look back at the Duel and decide for yourself. Again.
