Lawsuits

Let me tell you about a Duel called Sue. Six months ago, Bill Barker (TMF Max) and Louis Corrigan (TMF Seymor) tackled the merits of class action lawsuits. Is there any class or action in these lawsuits?

It was a great Duel. We have no verdict to hand down on this one, of course. Well, even if we did, Bill would probably call for a mistrial.
