LEXINGTON, KY. (Jan. 20, 1998) -- Among our readers is a large group of speed junkies. No, I'm not talking about drug addicts, but rather those addicted to high relative strength stocks.

We follow relative strength, of course, here in the Workshop, but we generally limit it to stocks in our 100-stock database and the group of stocks making up the Keystone Growth screen.

Today, though, to give everyone his fix, I'll post three lists of ten stocks. I screened the Value Line database to weed out anything without a timeliness ranking, leaving over 1,500 stocks. Then I sorted them by total return over three different periods: 13 weeks, 26 weeks, and one year. Here are the results:
