Ah, Friday. That means I can look forward to golf, sorting through the snail-mail I've avoided reading all week, sleeping later, all those things to keep us going during the rest of the week. And of course, it also means revisions to the database and new rankings for the IFG model. (The group of volunteers will also be posting their new database results sometime over the weekend in the message folders.)

This week four stocks are being replaced in the Workshop Database:

Delete:
Synovus Financial (SNV)
Tektronix (TEK)
Telecom de Chile (CTC)
Timken (TKR)

Add:
Anixter Int'l (AXE)
Dixie Group (DXYN)
Sony ADR (SNE)
Symantec (SYMC)

And the new Investing for Growth rankings are:

Western Digital (WDC)
Dell Computer (DELL)
Quantum (QNTM)
Sun Microsystems (SUNW)
Compaq Computer (CPQ)
Helen of Troy (HELE)
Price, T. Rowe (TROW)
Dollar General (DG)
Robert Half Int'l (RHI)
Microsoft (MSFT)

Have a Foolish weekend!
