PortTrak 2.0 - What Kind of Fault- Can't Find Download Occasionally a download gets lost on your hard drive. The best way to do this is to go to Find File (on a Mac) or to the Explorer Window (on Win 95) or to the File Manager (on Win 3.1) and search for all files "Port*.*". That should turn up the location of the file for you. If you can't see the file from Excel, but you know that it is there, then you probably need to tell Excel to find "All Files (*.*)" in the Open File Window. It should then be able to locate the file.
