A Family In Crisis
by CConrad852 ([email protected])

This may be my last chance to write this. My family has threatened to take my computer away or at the very least send me to Fools Anonymous.

My family has a little problem with what I am learning here. I no longer carry credit cards. If I don't have the cash for a purchase, I don't buy it. This really puts a stop to impulse buying. This means I buy less "stuff." My family got used to my buying "stuff" and they don't like this "new" me. When I blamed it on a bunch of Fools I talk to on the computer, the family decided to take my computer away or make me promise to get help.

This weekend when I explained to a car salesman that the lost opportunity costs of spending so much money for a car was more than I could take, I blamed it on a bunch of Fools. The other day I copied several pages of a magazine instead of buying it. (Okay, that might be a little over the top.)

The point is that I love saving money and buying stocks. I am really having a good time. I won't be cheap (well, except for that magazine thing), but I will no longer waste my money either.

My family is standing at my office door. They are getting ready to charge.

I have to go.
