Charity Drive Update

Think of The Motley Fool Charity Fund as that ocean.

You have a chance to contribute a few drops simply by posting on our Web message boards -- any board, even our Share Our Strength message board -- from now through December 31 because the Fool has pledged to give $0.02 for every post. So far, Fools have posted 20,528 messages since the fund drive began, bringing the "Here's My Two Cents" total to $410.56.

While we value your "two cents," the ocean would be even less without the generous individual contributions of Fools like you. Think of it as adding a bucket rather than just a few drops. The good news is that we just broke the 300-mark in terms of the total number of contributing Fools, AND we've sped past the $25K barrier -- the total, excluding message board dollars, is now $25,669.

Combine that with the "Here's My Two Cents" total, and the grand total comes to more than $26,000.

Thank you to all Fools who've taken a few minutes to look into their hearts and pocketbooks, and made a contribution, however big or small, to a very worthy cause. Those of you who have yet to give, make your Foolish contribution today!
