Duel Flashback
Microsoft

Like a bowling ball rolling into a neatly stacked pile of Windows 2000 boxes, Microsoft <% if gsSubBrand = "aolsnapshot" then Response.Write("(Nasdaq: MSFT)") else Response.Write("(Nasdaq: MSFT)") end if %> has been tumbling lately. When we took a look at the company back in November, the shares were at $87 5/16 and climbing. Six months later? Off 20% to $69 1/2.

Matt Richey (TMF Verve) penned the bullish argument. Richard McCaffery (TMF Gibson) was the bear. The Foolish Voters sided with the optimist. Unfortunately, the Department of Justice crashed the Gates.

Victory? Richard. Congrats!
