The company has investments in 431 health care facilities in 38 states with 37 different operators, and has total assets of approximately $2.4 billion. With a market capitalization of $2.3 billion, the company specializes in making real estate investments in the long-term care segment of the overall health care industry. Latest Financials For the three months ended March 31, 1997, revenues were $67,965,000, compared to $59,327,000 for the same period in 1996. Funds From Operations were $47,025,000, or $0.77 per share, compared to $40,470,000, or $0.73 per share (based on 55,153,000 shares) for the 1996 quarter. Net income increased to $41,053,000, or $0.67 per share, compared to $35,533,000, or $0.64 per share, for the similar period in 1996.
