Drip Port Buys PepsiCo

To enroll in Pepsi's dividend reinvestment plan, you must first own five shares of its stock in certificate form, in your name. You can then enroll with the Drip enrollment forms supplied by Pepsi's Drip transfer agent, Bank of New York. Drip Port bought its first five shares through a broker with a low certificate fee and commission. You can buy your first shares through a broker or through various Drip services, or get shares transferred to your name by a Pepsi-owning friend or family member.
